Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of  November 9, 2017 by ATO HQ operational data and Presidential Administration spokesman on ATO issues briefing: EMPR highlights.





(1) Russian hybrid forces violated ceasefire regime and fulfilled 19 attacks against Ukrainian troops in the war zone in eastern Ukraine over the last 24 hours; Ukrainian servicemen were forces to returned fire in 13 cases;
(2) Luhansk direction: Russian occupiers fired with grenade launchers and small arms near Krymske as well as released there 10 mines of forbidden 120-mm caliber; the enemy fired with forbidden 82-mm mortar luanchers upon Ukrainian positions near Tryokhizbenka and Katerynivka; Russian occupiers shelling with APCs, high caliber machine guns, grenade launchers ans small arms reported in Zaytseve, Luhanske and Novooleksandrivka;
(3) Donetsk direction: Russian forces released 16 mines of forbidden 82-mm caliber upon Ukrainian troops near Avdiivka and Pisky; the enemy used grenade launchers, high caliber machine guns and small arms during shelling in Novotroitske, Vodyane and Butovka mine;
(4) Mariupol direction: Russian proxies used APCs fire as well as forbidden 82-mm and 120-mm mortars during attacks in Pavlopol and released 10 mines upon Ukrainian troops positions there;
(5) 1 Ukrainian serviceman was killed in actions and 3 servicemen were woinded in actions in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the last 24 hours.
