Traffic police stop Euromaidan protesters without reason in Kyiv

A Traffic Police Officer in Ukraine stops a journalist on his way to EuroMaidan, then cannot tell him why he has been pulled over. The only reason given is that the car was spotted last week. Was the reason that the car was decorated with EuroMaidan flags?
