The actions of the Germans were qualified according to Art. 332-1 (violation of the order of entry into the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and departure from it) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
In addition, the Ukrainian ambassador to Germany called for the dismissal of H.P. Baxxter from a talent show.
