All Night and Morning Russia Struck Kryvyi Rih: One Killed, Injured, Infrastructure Damaged

Russian forces continue terrorizing Dnipropetrovsk Oblast with drones. This time, Kryvyi Rih came under attack, with damage to infrastructure reported.

Sadly, one man was killed. The consequences of the strike were reported by Oleksandr Vilkul, head of the city’s Defense Council.

What is known about the attack on Kryvyi Rih?

According to reports, Russian forces shelled the city throughout the night and morning using attack UAVs. As a result, an infrastructure facility was damaged.

Later, Vilkul reported another strike on infrastructure and added that the attack caused one fatality.

According to updated information from Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, the victim was a 40-year-old man. Five other men aged 31, 32, 41, 45, and 57 were injured.

A repeated Shahed drone strike on the infrastructure site took place at around 10:30 a.m. Vilkul also reported another injured person — a 52-year-old man.

All emergency services, public transport, hospitals, and social institutions in Kryvyi Rih continue operating.

Meanwhile, the occupiers also struck other districts of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. The following areas came under fire:

• Nikopol

• Marhanets community

• Myriv community

• Pokrov community

• Chervonohryhorivka community

One man was injured in the shelling. Private homes and an outbuilding were damaged.

Where else were the consequences of the attack recorded?

On the morning of April 28, Russian forces also attacked Zaporizhzhia. The strikes caused injuries and damage to residential buildings.

In addition, Shahed drones struck Konotop in Sumy Oblast, damaging a medical facility, residential areas, and tram infrastructure.

Earlier, on the night of April 27, Odesa came under a massive attack. As a result of the raid involving more than fifty drones, 14 people were injured, including two children. Significant destruction was recorded in the Prymorskyi District, Khadzhibei District, and Kyivskyi District districts.
