Today is the 1506rd day of the Ukraine war with aggression of the Russian Federation.

Update as of 08:00 AM on Russian invasion of Ukraine

In total, 164 combat engagements were recorded over the past day.

Yesterday, the enemy carried out 75 airstrikes, dropping 250 guided aerial bombs. In addition, they deployed 10,100 kamikaze drones and conducted 3,625 shellings of populated areas and Ukrainian troop positions, including 107 using multiple launch rocket systems.

The aggressor launched airstrikes, in particular, in the areas of Lisne, Nove Pole, Vozdvyzhivka, Pryluky, Verkhnia Tersa, Liubytske, Hirke, Huliaipilske, Barvinivka, Shyroke, Charivne, Veselianka, Mykilske, and Kushuhum in the Zaporizhzhia region, as well as Svarkove and Fotovyzh in the Sumy region.

Over the past day, the aviation, missile forces, and artillery of the Defense Forces struck seven areas of concentration of enemy personnel and one artillery gun.

Northern-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk Direction

08:00 AM: the russian forces carried out one airstrike using one guided bomb, conducted 106 shellings of our troops’ positions and populated areas, including six using multiple launch rocket systems. One combat engagement was recorded.

Southern-Slobozhanskyi Direction

08:00 AM: the Russians attempted seven times to break through the defensive lines of our defenders in the areas of Vovchanski Khutory, Starytsia, Krasne Pershe, Synelnykove, Prylipka, and Lyman.

Kupiansk Direction

08:00 AM: the russian forces launched eight attacks toward the settlements of Petropavlivka, Novoosynove, Kivsharivka, and Novoplatonivka.

Lyman Direction

08:00 AM: the Russians carried out six attacks, attempting to penetrate our defenses in the areas of Hrekivka and Zarichne, and toward the settlements of Stavky, Dibrova, Novyi Myr, and Lyman.

Sloviansk Direction

08:00 AM: Ukrainian defenders repelled five attempts by the occupiers to advance toward Riznykivka.

Kramatorsk Direction

08:00 AM: the russian occupiers conducted one attack toward Tykhonivka.

Kostyantinivka Direction

08:00 AM: the russian troops carried out 20 attacks near Kostiantynivka, Stepanivka, Novopavlivka, Pleshchiivka, Illinivka, and Sofiivka.

Pokrovsk Direction

08:00 AM: Ukrainian defenders stopped 32 assault actions by the aggressor in the areas of Rodynske, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Muravka, Hryshyne, Udachne, Filiia, and toward the settlements of Bilytske, Novooleksandrivka, Novopidhorodne, and Serhiivka.

Oleksandrivka Direction

08:00 AM: the enemy attacked seven times toward Lisne, Oleksandrohrad, Novoselivka, and in the area of Novohryhorivka.

Huliaipole Direction

08:00 AM: 18 russian attacks took place toward the settlements of Pryluky, Dobropillia, Tsvitkove, Zaliznychne, Huliaipilske, Olenokostiantynivka, Varvarivka, and in the areas of Myrne and Huliaipole.

Orikhiv Direction

08:00 AM: the russian forces did not conduct offensive operations.

Prydniprovskyi Direction

08:00 AM: the russian occupiers carried out five assault actions in the areas of the Antonivskyi Bridge and Bilogrudyi Island.

Volyn and Polissia Directions

08:00 AM: no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groupings were detected.

Ukrainian defenders continue the systematic destruction of the enemy and are providing effective resistance along all sections of the front.

In total, over the past day, Russian invaders’ losses amounted to 1,040 personnel. The enemy also lost one tank, two armored combat vehicles, 64 artillery systems, one multiple launch rocket system, 2,238 unmanned aerial vehicles, 229 units of automotive equipment, and two units of special equipment.
