Russian ballistic missile strikes on Kyiv killed four people, injured 23, damaged homes, a children’s hospital, and caused widespread fires.
Russian forces attacked Kyiv with ballistic missiles overnight, killing twelve people and injuring another 33 (As of 7:50 AM), according to the city Mayor Vitalii Klitschko.
The aftermath of the attack has been recorded at more than 12 locations in the Darnytskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, and Solomianskyi districts.
Residential buildings, a children’s hospital, and an educational facility were damaged. Fires also broke out across a large area of warehouse facilities.
Parts of the Sviatoshynskyi and Solomianskyi districts were left without electricity following the Russian strikes.
In the Brovary district of Kyiv Oblast, a man was killed and another person was injured in the missile attack. One of the industrial facilities in the area was damaged.
