Update as of 08:00 AM on Russian invasion of Ukraine
A total of 279 combat engagements were recorded over the past day.
The enemy launched three missile strikes, firing three missiles, and carried out 74 airstrikes, including the dropping of 232 guided aerial bombs. In addition, Russian forces deployed 10,221 kamikaze drones and conducted 3,435 attacks on populated areas and the positions of Ukrainian troops, including 57 strikes using multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).
The aggressor carried out airstrikes, particularly in the areas of the settlements of Lynove, Bachivsk, and Sloboda in Sumy Oblast.
Over the past day, Ukrainian Defense Forces aviation struck four command posts, eight enemy troop concentration areas, one artillery system, one unmanned aerial vehicle control center, and another important enemy target.
Northern-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk Direction
08:00 AM: two combat engagements took place over the past day. The russian enemy carried out two airstrikes using five guided aerial bombs and launched 66 attacks on Ukrainian positions and populated areas, including two MLRS strikes.
Southern-Slobozhanskyi Direction
08:00 AM: Russian forces launched eleven assaults on Ukrainian positions near Starytsia, Lyman, Vilcha, Izbytske, and Okhrimivka.
Kupiansk Direction
08:00 AM: Ukrainian defenders repelled four russian attacks near Novoplatonivka, Podoly, and Kupiansk.
Lyman Direction
08:00 AM: Ukrainian troops thwarted 21 Russian attempts to advance near Derylove, Drobysheve, Stavky, Lyman, Ozerne, Novoselivka, and Yampil.
Sloviansk Direction

Over the past day, Russian losses amounted to 1,300 personnel. Ukrainian Defense Forces also destroyed four tanks, three armored combat vehicles, 75 artillery systems, four multiple launch rocket systems, fourteen ground robotic systems, 2,111 unmanned aerial vehicles, 396 vehicles, and three pieces of special equipment.
