The 1,530th day of the large-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine has begun.

Update as of 08:00 AM on Russian invasion of Ukraine

In total, 141 combat engagements were recorded over the past day.

Yesterday, the enemy carried out one missile strike using a single missile, as well as 79 airstrikes, dropping 254 guided aerial bombs. In addition, they deployed 9,870 kamikaze drones and conducted 3,203 shelling attacks on populated areas and our troops’ positions, including 44 using multiple launch rocket systems.

The aggressor launched airstrikes, in particular, in the areas of settlements in the Sumy region — Vilna Sloboda, Kysla Dubyna, and Pustohorod; in the Zaporizhzhia region, Omelnyk, Orikhiv, Yurkivka, Tavriiske, and Komyshuvakha were affected by airstrikes.

Over the past day, aircraft, missile forces, and artillery of the Defense Forces struck three areas of enemy personnel concentration, a communications node, and three artillery guns.

Since the beginning of the day, the number of enemy attacks has reached 45.

The aggressor continues shelling border areas. Today, in the Sumy region, the areas of the settlements of Iskryskivshchyna, Sopych, Korenok, Neskuchne, Bezsalivka, Prohres, Bachivsk, and Volfyne were affected. In the Chernihiv region — Serhiivka and Dibrova. Vilna Sloboda was subjected to an airstrike.

Northern-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk Direction

08:00 AM: russian forces carried out two airstrikes using four guided aerial bombs, and conducted 104 shelling attacks on our troops’ positions and populated areas, including five using multiple launch rocket systems.

04:00 PM: the russian occupiers carried out one airstrike, dropped one aerial bomb, and conducted 43 shelling attacks on populated areas and our troops’ positions.

Southern-Slobozhanskyi Direction

08:00 AM: the russian occupiers attacked six times in the areas of Starytsia and Prylipka, and toward Lyman, Izbytske, and Okhrimivka.

04:00 PM: the russian troops attempted twice to improve its position, conducting offensive actions toward Lyman and Mytrofanivka.

Kupiansk Direction

08:00 AM: the russian enemy attacked once toward Novoplatonivka.

04:00 PM: the Russians did not conduct active operations.

Lyman Direction

08:00 AM: the russian occupiers attempted six times to break into our defenses, attacking toward the settlements of Drobysheve, Lyman, and Dibrova.

04:00 PM: the russian forces carried out two assault actions toward Lyman and Ozerne. One battle is still ongoing.

Sloviansk Direction

08:00 AM: the russian occupiers conducted two assault actions, in the area of Zakitne and toward Rai-Oleksandrivka.

04:00 PM: the russian forces conducted two assault actions toward Rai-Oleksandrivka and Riznykivka.

Kramatorsk Direction

08:00 AM: the russian occupiers attacked twice, toward Malynivka and in the area of Bondarne.

04:00 PM: the Russians did not conduct offensive operations.

Kostyantinivka Direction

08:00 AM: the russian troops carried out 17 attacks in the areas of Kostiantynivka, Ivanopillia, Illinivka, Rusyn Yar, Sofiivka, and toward Zolotyi Kolodiaz.

04:00 PM: the russian invaders carried out 12 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillia, Illinivka, Stepanivka, Rusyn Yar, and Sofiivka. One of these attempts to advance is still ongoing.

Pokrovsk Direction

08:00 AM: Ukrainian defenders stopped 26 assault actions by the aggressor toward the settlements of Bilytske, Nove Shakhove, Rodynske, Novooleksandrivka, Udachne, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Muravka, Molodetske, and Novyi Donbas.

04:00 PM: since the beginning of the day, the russian occupiers have attempted 16 times to push our troops from their positions toward the settlements of Dorozhne, Rodynske, Pokrovsk, Hryshyne, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, and Novopavlivka. Four combat engagements are ongoing.

Oleksandrivka Direction

08:00 AM: the enemy attacked six times toward Oleksandrohrad, Zlahoda, Pryvillia, and in the area of Ternove.

04:00 PM: the Russians attacked twice in the areas of Vorone and Berezove.

Huliaipole Direction

08:00 AM: 20 russian attacks took place in the areas of Dobropillia, Zaliznychne, Sviatopetrivka, Staroukrainka, Charivne, Hirske, Tsvitkove, Myrne, Varvarivka, Pryluky, and toward Vozdvyzhivka.

04:00 PM: seven attacks took place toward Zaliznychne, Verkhnya Tersa, Hirske, Charivne, and Huliaipilske. Three combat engagements are still ongoing. Airstrikes were carried out on Vozdvyzhivka, Verkhnya Tersa, Novomykolaivka, Malyn, Huliaipilske, Lisne, Kopani, Omelnyk, and Yehorivka.

Orikhiv Direction

08:00 AM: Ukrainian defenders stopped two enemy attempts to advance in the area of Stepove and toward Prymorske.

04:00 PM: the russian enemy attacked once in the area of Shcherbaky. The enemy also carried out airstrikes in the areas of Orikhiv, Odarivka, Zarichne, and Komyshuvakha.

Prydniprovskyi Direction

08:00 AM: the russian occupiers carried out three attacks.

04:00 PM: Ukrainian troops are repelling one russian attack toward Antonivka.

Volyn and Polissia Directions

08:00 AM: no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groupings were detected.

Ukrainian defenders continue the systematic destruction of the enemy and are putting up effective resistance along all sectors of the front.

Overall, over the past day, the losses of Russian invaders amounted to 1,080 personnel. Ukrainian forces also neutralized two tanks, three armored combat vehicles, 76 artillery systems, two multiple launch rocket systems, 12 ground robotic systems, 2,224 unmanned aerial vehicles, and 282 units of enemy automotive equipment.
