On Drive (Ukraine, 2026, adventure/action)
The film, which boldly presents itself as “the first Ukrainian adventure action film about car racing,” is set in the city of Kharkiv three years after the start of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine. At the center of the story is a diverse group of high school graduates whose school was destroyed by a Russian missile, while most of their peers have left the country. Despite this, they continue to live their lives and grow up in a city under constant shelling.
While wandering the city in search of adventure, they come across an abandoned shopping mall, where a number of luxury cars still remain in the underground parking lot. Without much hesitation, in this place protected from drones and missiles, they organize improvised car races. Gradually, this passion grows into something bigger — new friends and questionable business partners appear, along with serious challenges that test their friendship, relationships, and plans for the future.
Most of the main roles in the film are played by young Ukrainian actors for whom this is their first major project — Iolanta Bogdun, Bohdan Moroshan, Mariia Saminina, Sofia Baiun, Tetiana Ostapenko, and Bohdan Chulovskyi. Only the lead actors, Ivan Dovzhenko and Eduard Poliakov, already have another notable project to their credit — the romantic fantasy “Mavka. The True Myth,” which was released in cinemas in March of the same year.
The film also features several star cameos — for example, MONATIK, who also performed the main song for it.
The film was directed by Ukrainian filmmaker and screenwriter Artem Lytvynenko, who previously worked extensively in television, including on the series “Sniffer” and “The First Days.”

Gourou (France, Belgium, 2025, psychological thriller)
At the center of the film’s plot is a popular personal development coach, Mathieu Vasseur. He reaches the peak of his popularity thanks to his charismatic influence, while skillfully hiding his destructive and manipulative personality. This inevitably leads to a tragic ending.
The main role in the film is played by the well-known French actor Pierre Niney, who is best known to Ukrainian audiences for the films “The Count of Monte-Cristo” and “Frantz.”
The film was directed and written by French filmmaker Yann Gozlan, but the idea to create a film about the dark side of the self-help culture actually came from actor Pierre Niney, with whom Gozlan previously worked on the films “The Perfect Man” (2015) and “Black Box” (2021).
Currently, the film has an IMDb rating of 6.4 out of 10.

Primavera (Italy, 2025, drama/music/biography)
The events of the film take place in 18th-century Venice. The caretakers of the “Mercy” orphanage run a profitable business by organizing musical concerts for the nobility. During performances, the girl musicians wear masks and are separated from the audience by grilles, as they are later expected to be successfully married off. When the business begins to decline, the owners decide to hire a new teacher. Soon, a talented but then little-known genius with a bad reputation arrives at the convent — the reclusive Vivaldi, obsessed with music, who immediately disrupts the old order. His new favorite becomes a young girl, Cecilia, for whom music is the greatest passion in life. All she wants is to remain within the orphanage walls and devote herself to music. However, the caretakers have already arranged a good match for her among influential people…
The film was directed by the renowned Italian theater director Damiano Michieletto, who had previously worked primarily on operas, including in London and Berlin. “Primavera” marks his directorial debut in feature filmmaking.
The film had its world premiere in the fall of 2025 at the Toronto International Film Festival, and since then it has received several prestigious awards at other international festivals.
Currently, the film has an IMDb rating of 7.2 out of 10.
