Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of June 22, 2019 by Joint forces operation HQ data: EMPR highlights.

(1) Russian hybrid forces launched 25 attacks in the war zone in eastern Ukraine over the past day, including 7 with the use of forbidden weaponry (120-mm and 82-mm mortar launchers).

(2) Russian occupiers launced 16 attacks with the following types of arms in the East area:

forbidden 120-mm mortar launchers – near Vodyane (4 times) and Krasnkogorivka,

easel antitank grenade launchers – near Novotroyitske and Pisky,

grenade launchers of different systems – near Avdyivka (3 times), Vodyane, and Novomykhaylivka,

high caliber machine guns – near Opytne, Avdyivka, Vodyane, Shyrokino (3 times), and Novoselivka Druha,

small arms – near Opytne, Avdyivka, Vodyane, and Shyrokino.

(3) Russian proxies launched 9 attacks with the following types of weaponry in the North area:

forbidden 120-mm mortar launchers – near Luhanske, Pivdenne (2 times),

forbidden 82-mm mortar launchers – near Luhanske, Novgorodske (2 times),

APCs – near Pivdenne,

automatic grenade launchers – in the area of Katerynivka and Novgorodske,

high caliber machine guns – near Luhanske, Novoluhanske, Pivdenne, Katerynivka, Zaytseve, and Novgorodske,

grenade launchers of different systems – near Luhanske, Novoluhanske (2 times), and Pivdenne,

small arms – near Luhanske, Novoluhanske, Pivdenne, Zaytseve, and Novgorodske.

(4) Russian forces losses over the last 24 hours are as follows: 4 wounded in actions.

(5) 1 Ukrainian serviceman was wounded in actions in the war zone in Euasten Ukraine for the last 24 hours.
