Serfdom Was Abolished in 1861. In 2026 They Brought It Back — Only for Ukrainians. Digital Serfdom 2026: How Kyiv Turned Ukrainians into Property and Made Europe Enforce It
Ukraine Has Become the Only Country in the World to Make the EU Hunt Down Its Own Citizens
What is happening to Ukrainians in EU countries right now is not simply a violation of human rights. It is an absolutely unique, unprecedented legal fu*king disaster in the modern history of international migration law. In contemporary Europe, there is no other nationality, group of refugees, or foreigners subjected to such fu*king demands. No other state on the planet has ever thought to delegate the hunting down of its own citizens to foreign governments. And no other nation has found itself reduced to a powerless piece of meat for its own administration while living on the territory of the free world.
Under the 1951 Geneva Convention and the EU’s basic asylum legislation, humanitarian protection is granted to a person on the basis of a threat to their life. International law follows an ironclad rule: a state that grants asylum never requires a refugee to fulfill obligations toward the state they fucking fled from. A German or Polish official would never fu*king ask a Syrian whether they had served in Assad’s army, let alone demand a certificate from a military recruitment office in Damascus.
No one requires Eritreans fleeing lifelong forced military service to show a military ID in order to receive protection.
No one requires Belarusians or Russians to obtain exit permits from their governments. Moreover, evading mobilization in Russia is a direct and legitimate basis for Europe to grant a person a humanitarian visa or refugee status.
For decades, Europe has protected foreigners from the repressive apparatuses of their own states. But Ukrainians have been singled out as a separate, lower caste of powerless victims. Ukrainian citizens have become the only foreigners in the EU whose basic right to escape war is cynically conditioned on permission from their own government.
For decades, Europe has handed out shelter and legal status to hundreds of thousands of migrants from countries drowning in crime, without asking too many questions.
Official police and academic reports in Scandinavia itself are documenting a catastrophe: a 500% increase in the number of rapes over ten years. Dozens of hand-grenade explosions have been recorded on the streets of peaceful cities. Police openly report that these grenades are actively being used by organized migrant criminal groups. And what does the European bureaucracy do? It’s fine by them! They are given asylum, social benefits, and tolerated. It would never occur to anyone to demand military recruitment-office documents or exit permits from their governments. For them, Europe’s doors are unconditionally open.
But when it comes to Ukrainians fleeing the bloodiest war on the continent, European officials suddenly remember the rules and start pushing them through a filtration sieve, denying them basic rights because they are missing a checkmark on a smartphone.
European solidarity ends where the Ukrainian Reserve+ begins.
This fuc*ing mess did not come out of nowhere. This precedent is the result of deliberate, systematic efforts by the Ukrainian authorities, who decided to spend their diplomatic capital not on protecting people, but on expanding the reach of their mobilization terror.
This is not an initiative from Brussels. European migration authorities don’t fucking need this extra bureaucratic headache. This mechanism is a direct consequence of political pressure from Kyiv.
The Ukrainian state has essentially told Europe: “These aren’t people fleeing missiles. They’re our mobilization pool that fuc*ing escaped the plantation on its own. Help us drive this herd back, or at least strip them of their rights.”
By exporting these draconian measures, the government is rapidly turning the country into a digital concentration camp. It is a modern totalitarian panopticon, where the state treats its citizens not as free people, but as biological property — livestock to be tracked, restricted, and controlled even beyond the country’s borders.
Europe has effectively delegated the function of policing foreigners on its own territory to a foreign government. Today, a German, Czech, or Polish inspector is essentially working as an unofficial stooge for a Ukrainian TCC, checking apps and denying services to those who left the country completely legally.
Every Ukrainian who is currently standing at the window of a European migration office and is forced to prove that they are not the property of the Cabinet of Ministers must understand: this humiliating filter was cobbled together in Kyiv, and Europeans happily signed off on it. We have officially been sold as a powerless resource. The only way to stop this is to speak out, demand written refusals, hire European lawyers, and flood EU courts with lawsuits.
Serfdom was abolished in 1861. But in 2026, it has been cynically revived, making Ukrainians the only people in the world officially stripped of their basic freedoms. The architects of this policy must face not only political but also severe criminal liability for the deliberate and systematic violation of fundamental human rights: the right to freedom of movement, the right to control one’s own body, and the inalienable right to life.
