Kharkiv self defence appeals to Russian terrorists and warns Ukrainian officials

One of the coordinators of Euromaidan in Kharkiv Igor Rassokha declares that the city created the self defense headquarters. According to the organizer, based on its sole discretion will oppose the terrorism in Kharkiv oblast, as well as officials who assist terrorists using all available methods.
