NABU Spied on Zelenskyy Ally Mindich from Oligarch Bogolyubov’s Apartment, Already a Suspect in the PrivatBank Case

NABU detectives wiretapped the apartment of “Kvartal 95” co-owner Tymur Mindich.

This was reported by Ukraine MP Oleksiy Honcharenko, according to Censor NET.

Earlier today Oleksii Goncherenko states that according to his sources, Zelenskyy’s inner circle is now scrambling to identify the “mole” who allegedly gave NABU access to Tymur Mindich’s apartment – a location that has quietly become one of the most politically sensitive spots in Ukraine.

Mindich is increasingly seen as the country’s rising oligarch and Zelenskyy’s personal “wallet.” The rush to dismantle NABU was reportedly triggered by the agency getting too close to Mindich.

“NABU tapped Mindich from Boholiubov’s apartment. His apartment is located directly above Mindich’s, and from there they managed to drill through and set up surveillance. It was for this ‘help’ that Boholiubov was taken out of the country.” said Honcharenko.

The only problem is that the surveillance didn’t last long – just a few months. I hope they managed to capture a lot of useful information on Mindich,” – the MP noted.

It was for this assistance that Boholiubov was taken abroad.

Journalists also noted that the head of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) employees who traveled on the same train as fugitive businessman Hennadiy Boholiubov – and whom the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) suspects of aiding his border crossing – is Oleksandr Skomarov.

Previously, he worked on the case of former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for National Unity, Oleksii Chernyshov.

Skomarov is accused of having ties to Member of Parliament Fedir Khrystenko, who was recently charged in absentia with collaborating with Russia.

“Sources in NABU told Ukrainska Pravda they believe the raid against them is ‘revenge from the President’s Office for the Chernyshov case,” the report states.

According to Ukrainska Pravda‘s sources, Bogolyubov currently lives in Austria.

To remind, on June 23, 2025 – the NABU and SAPO have officially served a notice of suspicion to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for National Unity Oleksii Chernyshov.

Earlier this week, on July 23, 2025 – the NABU and SAPO have disclosed the case materials regarding the former ultimate beneficial owner of PJSC CB PrivatBank – Ihor Kolomoyskyi. Gennadiy Bogolyubov was one of the co-founders of PrivatBank in 1992 alongside Ihor Kolomoyskyi. He was also one of the bank’s key shareholders until its nationalization in 2016. His name is not mentioned yet among those five, suspects.

What is knowm, is that the NABU is preparing to issue a formal suspicion to Tymur Mindich, co-owner of “Kvartal 95” Studio.

This information was shared with journalists by a “high-ranking source” within the anti-corruption agencies.

Earlier, MP Yaroslav Zhelezniak reported that businessman Tymur Mindich – who is close to the Office of the President and a co-owner of the “Kvartal 95” studio — had left Ukraine. According to Censor.NET sources, Mindich is hiding from NABU in Austria.

When the first official link become visible between Volodymyr Zelenskyi as Kvartal 95 co-owner and Timur Mindich – a longtime partner of Ihor Kolomoyskyi, read here.
