Ukrainian football fans have been forbidden to use a banner reading “UEFA – we care about Russia,” hinting at UEFA’s pro-Russian position, during Eurocup matches, dynamo.kiev.ua reports.
This banner was spotted during Shakhtar Donetsk – Porto match during a UEFA Champions League game.
