Operational Update as of 08:00 AM, July 14, 2025 on Russian Invasion of Ukraine.
Over the past 24 hours, 212 combat engagements were recorded along the frontline.
The enemy launched 73 airstrikes, deploying 120 guided bombs on Ukrainian military positions and civilian areas. In addition, Russian forces carried out 5,611 shelling attacks, including 91 using multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS), and deployed 3,496 Shahed-type kamikaze drones.
Airstrikes hit several locations, including Shevchenkove in Kharkiv region, Velykomykhailivka in Dnipropetrovsk region, and Mykolaivka in Kherson region.
Ukrainian aviation, missile forces, and artillery struck:
- 18 enemy personnel, weapons, and equipment concentration areas
- Three artillery systems
- One additional high-value Russian military target
By Direction:
- Northeastern and Kursk Directions: Ukrainian troops repelled 15 Russian attacks. The enemy conducted 10 airstrikes, dropping 22 guided bombs, and launched 340 artillery attacks, including six MLRS barrages.
- Southern Slobozhanske Direction: Eight engagements were recorded near Milove, Stroivka, Vovchansk, and Zelene.
- Kupiansk Direction: Seven enemy assaults were repelled near Holubivka, Synkivka, Stepova Novoselivka, and Kolisnykivka.
- Lyman Direction: Russian forces attempted 28 assaults near Hrekivka, Kopanky, Ridkodub, Karpivka, Kolodiazi, Zelena Dolyna, Torske, and toward Bilohorivka.
- Siversk Direction: Ukrainian defenders repelled five assaults near Serebrianka and Vyiimka.
- Kramatorsk Direction: Five combat clashes were recorded near Chasiv Yar and toward Stupochky.
- Toretsk Direction: The enemy launched 14 assaults near Toretsk, Oleksandro-Kalynove, Yablunivka, Rusyn Yar, and toward Stepanivka.
- Pokrovsk Direction: Ukrainian troops repelled 74 Russian attacks across a wide area, including Poltavka, Myroliubivka, Mykolaivka, Razine, Rodynske, Novotoretske, Promin, Vidrodzhennia, Shevchenko, Udachne, Novosergiivka, Kotliarivka, Muravka, Zelenyi Kut, and Oleksiivka.
- Novopavlivskyi Direction: Ukrainian defenders halted 27 Russian assaults near Zaporizhzhia, Novo-Khatske, Myrne, Shevchenko, Zelene Pole, Rivnopil, and Vilne Pole.
- Huliaipole Direction: No combat clashes were recorded over the past 24 hours.
- Orikhiv Direction: Russian troops attempted two assaults toward Mali Shcherbaky and Novodanylivka.
- Prydniprovskyi Direction: Ukrainian forces repelled seven Russian attempts to advance.
- Volyn and Polisskyi Directions: No signs of enemy offensive group formations were detected.
Ukrainian defenders continue to inflict significant losses on Russian forces, both in manpower and equipment, and are actively degrading the enemy’s offensive capabilities in rear areas.

Operational Update as of 16:00 PM on Russian Invasion of Ukraine
As of this afternoon, Russian forces have launched 88 attacks on Ukrainian Defense Forces positions, with the most intense fighting reported in the Lyman, Pokrovsk, and Novopavlivka sectors.
Border areas of Ukraine continue to suffer from Russian artillery shelling. Settlements hit include Krasnyi Khutir and Mykhalchyna Sloboda in Chernihiv Oblast; Lukashenkivske, Bratenytsia, Bunyakyne, Hirky, Baranivka, Mariine, and Prokhody in Sumy Oblast. An airstrike targeted the area near Shostka.
Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk Directions:
Russian forces conducted 10 offensive operations, with three clashes still ongoing. The enemy launched five airstrikes, dropping 11 guided bombs, and carried out 170 artillery attacks, including four using multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).
Southern Slobozhanshchyna Direction:
Three engagements took place near Vovchansk and Kamianka.
Kupiansk Direction:
Since the start of the day, the enemy launched five attacks near Kindrashivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Zahryzove, and toward Nova Kruhliakivka and Petropavlivka.
Lyman Direction:
Ukrainian troops repelled 10 Russian assaults near Hrekivka, Novomykhailivka, Karpivka, Novyi Myr, Kolodiazi, Torske, and toward Novosergiivka and Shandryholove. Four more clashes are ongoing.
Siversk Direction:
Six enemy assaults were repelled near Hryhorivka, Ivano-Darivka, Verkhniokamianske, and Vyiimka.
Kramatorsk Direction:
Four Russian assaults were recorded toward Stupochky, Predtechyne, and Bila Hora.
Toretsk Direction:
Russian forces launched three assault operations near Toretsk, Rusyn Yar, and Diliivka. One was repelled; two engagements are still ongoing.
Pokrovsk Direction:
Enemy troops have launched 26 attacks today on Ukrainian positions near Novoekonomichne, Myrne, Rodynske, Fedorivka, Razine, Lysivka, Zvirove, Udachne, Novopavlivka, Oleksiivka, and toward Pokrovsk, Rodynske, Novopavlivka, and Myrnohrad. Ukrainian defenders have successfully repelled 24 of these assaults; two clashes are still underway.
Novopavlivka Direction:
The invaders launched 12 assaults near Novokhatske, Zaporizhzhia, Komar, Myrne, Piddubne, Voskresenka, Vilne Pole, Shevchenko, Zelene Pole, and Temyrivka. Ukrainian forces have repelled nine of them. Fighting continues.
Huliaipole Direction:
No offensive operations were recorded, though an airstrike targeted Bilohiria.
Orikhiv Direction:
Enemy troops made one attempt to advance toward Kamianske. Airstrikes were reported in Novodanylivka and Plavni.
Dnipro River (Prydniprovia) Direction:
Ukrainian defenders repelled four Russian assaults. The enemy attacked Odradokamianka using unguided aerial rockets.
No significant changes have been observed in other directions.
Operational Update as of 22:00 PM on Russian Invasion of Ukraine
The Defense Forces of Ukraine continue to repel the onslaught of Russian occupation troops. So far today, a total of 138 combat engagements have been recorded.
Russia – described by Ukrainian officials as a terrorist state — launched 2 missile strikes using 2 missiles, 64 airstrikes deploying 100 guided bombs, and 1,168 Shahed-type attack drones. In total, 3,980 artillery attacks targeted Ukrainian military positions and populated areas.
Regional Frontline Activity for the day:
- Northeastern Front (Sivershchyna and Kursk direction):
Ukrainian troops clashed with Russian forces 19 times. The enemy launched 7 airstrikes, dropping 22 guided bombs, and carried out 345 shelling attacks, including 7 with multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).
- Southern Kharkiv Region (South-Slobozhansky direction):
Four attacks were recorded near Vovchansk and Kamianka.
- Kupiansk Direction:
Russian forces attempted five assaults near Kindrashivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Zahryzove, and toward Nova Kruhlakivka and Petropavlivka.
- Lyman Direction:
Ukrainian defenders repelled 17 attacks near Hrekivka, Novomykhailivka, Karpivka, Novyi Myr, Kolodiazi, Serebrianka, Torske, and toward Novosergiivka and Shandryholove. Eight battles are ongoing.
- Siversk Direction:
Six enemy attacks were repelled in the direction of Hryhorivka, Ivano-Darivka, Verkhnokamianske, and Vyiimka.
- Kramatorsk Direction:
Four Russian assaults were stopped near Stupochky, Predtechyne, and Bila Hora.
- Toretsk Direction:
Ukrainian forces repelled five enemy attacks near Toretsk, Rusyn Yar, Dyliivka, and toward Katerynivka.
- Pokrovsk Direction:
A total of 37 enemy assaults were recorded today near Novekonomichne, Myrne, Rodynske, Fedorivka, Razine, Lysivka, Zvirove, Udachne, Novopavlivka, Oleksiivka, and in the direction of Volodymyrivka, Pokrovsk, and Myrnohrad. Ukrainian forces repelled 30 assaults, while 7 engagements are still underway. Preliminary estimates suggest 140 Russian troops were killed or wounded in this sector. Ukrainian defenders destroyed two infantry fighting vehicles, two vehicles, 21 drones, four drone antennas, two artillery systems, a satellite communication terminal, and a Russian quad bike.
- Novopavlivka Direction:
Ukrainian forces successfully repelled 16 enemy attacks near Novokhatske, Zaporizhzhia, Komar, Myrne, Piddubne, Novosilka, Voskresenka, Vilne Pole, Shevchenko, Zelene Pole, and Temyrivka. Two engagements are still ongoing.
- Huliaipole Direction:
No enemy assault operations were reported, although an airstrike targeted Bilohirya.
- Orikhiv Direction:
Ukrainian forces repelled one attempted assault near Kamianske. Airstrikes also hit Novodanylivka and Plavni.
- Prydniprovskyi Direction:
The aggressor launched nine unsuccessful attacks on Ukrainian positions. The town of Odradokamianka was attacked using unguided aerial rockets.
Today, recognition goes to the 406th Separate Artillery Brigade named after General-Khorunzhyi Oleksiy Almazov and the 1st Separate Territorial Defense Brigade named after Ivan Bohun, whose soldiers are inflicting significant losses on the enemy in both manpower and equipment.
