Russia’s “Electrodetal” Plant Struck in Bryansk: A Critical Blow to Military Supply Chains

This plant is part of the Russian military‑industrial complex, without it the assembly and repair of Russia’s modern weapons are disrupted.

The Karachev “Electrodetal” plant in Russia’s Bryansk region was hit. Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, shared this on his Telegram channel. It was reported by UNIAN.

Kovalenko said the plant specializes in producing electrical connectors and plugs — basic components for military equipment.

The plant’s products are used in missile control systems, aviation and space technology, tanks, armored personnel carriers and other armored vehicles, communications complexes, and control instruments.

“In fact, ‘Electrodetal’ is part of the Russian military‑industrial complex; without it the assembly and repair of the Russian Federation’s modern weapons is disrupted. The plant manufactures tens of thousands of types of connectors that go into the closed circuits of combat systems’ electronics,” Kovalenko wrote.

As UNIAN reported, on the night of September 27, long-range drones from the “A” Special Operations Center of the Security Service of Ukraine struck the Tyn’govatovo station, halting operations at an oil pumping station in the Chuvash Republic of Russia.

This oil pumping station is located a thousand kilometers from Ukraine, in the settlement of Konar. Transportation of oil through this station was suspended.

Earlier, on September 13, strike UAVs from the Main Intelligence Directorate hit a chemical industry enterprise critically important to the Russian military‑industrial complex — the Metafrax Chemicals plant in Russia’s Perm Krai.
