Ukraine’s Tencore has unveiled an ecosystem of unmanned ground vehicles for logistics, evacuation, mining, and combat missions, featuring AI-powered autonomous navigation and platforms for diverse terrain.

Ukraine has unveiled the Tencore Ecosystem, a system of unmanned ground vehicles and solutions. It consists of four classes of platforms and an AI-powered autonomous navigation module. This was reported by Oboronka, citing a post by the developer of Tencore unmanned ground vehicles.

According to the company, the Tencore Ecosystem architecture brings together various ground robotics developments within a single technological environment.

“Each of these platforms is a top-tier solution in its class. We were inspired by the idea of a technological organism in which each machine complements a unified structure. So we took the strengths of individual systems to create the strength of the whole,” said Tencore co-founder Maksym Vasylchenko.

The company said the new ecosystem is built around four classes of unmanned platforms capable of carrying out missions across different types of terrain. These include the tracked TerMIT UGV, which features modules for logistics, evacuation, mining, and combat missions.

The ecosystem also includes the TOR 4×4 wheeled UGV with armored wheels, the MAT1LDA amphibious unmanned platform on an 8×8 wheeled chassis capable of crossing water obstacles, and the TRAX UTILITY firefighting and rescue robot.

“The technological lineup will be expanded with specialized components. The first of these is already available — AI KIT, a hardware and software module for autonomous navigation in conditions of complete communication loss and electronic warfare (EW),” the company said in a statement.

According to the Ukrainian UGV manufacturer, other defense companies developing unmanned ground vehicles and specialized components can also join the ecosystem.

Earlier, Oboronka reported that Tencore and Finnish company Insta would establish a joint venture in Finland to manufacture Ukrainian TerMIT 2.0 unmanned ground vehicles for Ukraine’s Defense Forces.
