The 1,379th day of Russia’s full-scale armed aggression against Ukraine has begun. Ukrainian defenders continue to hold back the enemy’s offensive, inflicting heavy losses on Russian forces.

Update as of 08:00AM on Russian invasion of Ukraine

A total of 201 combat clashes were recorded over the past day.

Yesterday, the enemy launched one missile strike and 52 airstrikes, used one missile, and dropped 153 guided aerial bombs. In addition, Russian forces carried out 3,787 attacks, including 50 with multiple-launch rocket systems, and deployed 4,406 kamikaze drones.

Airstrikes were carried out near the settlements of Kupyansk, Kivsharivka in Kharkiv region; Pokrovske, Mykhailo-Zavodske, Danylіvka in Dnipropetrovsk region; Yasnohirka in Donetsk region; as well as Dobropillia, Novoiyakovlivka, Nove Zaporizhzhia, Huliaipole, Vozdvyzhivka, and Zaliznychne in Zaporizhzhia region.

During the past day, the Air Force, missile troops, and artillery of the Defense Forces struck three areas where enemy personnel, weapons, and equipment were concentrated.

08:00 AM: Ukrainian defenders repelled seven Russian attacks. The enemy carried out 163 shellings, including two MLRS strikes.

Southern-Slobozhanskyi Direction
