Today is the 1,425th day of Russia’s full-scale armed aggression against Ukraine. Ukrainian defenders continue to resolutely hold back the enemy’s advance, inflicting significant losses on the occupiers.
Update as of 08:00AM on Russian invasion of Ukraine
Over the past day, 133 combat engagements were recorded.
Yesterday, the enemy carried out 90 airstrikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas, dropping 239 guided aerial bombs. In addition, 8,071 kamikaze drones were used, and 3,845 attacks were conducted on the positions of Ukrainian troops and civilian settlements, including 40 strikes from multiple launch rocket systems.
The aggressor conducted airstrikes, in particular, on the areas of the following settlements: Rohizne in Sumy Oblast; Dibrova in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast; Rizdvyianka, Zaliznychne, Zelena Dibrova, Dolynka, Odarivka, Zhovta Krucha, Huliaipole, Vozdvyzhivka, and Hirke in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
Aircraft, missile forces, and artillery of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck five areas of concentration of enemy personnel and equipment, two UAV control points, and one command-and-observation post of the Russian invaders.

The Ukrainian Defense Forces are holding back the advance of Russian occupying troops.
As of now, the total number of combat engagements stands at 69. Today, communities in the settlements of Budky, Ryzhivka, and Bezsalivka in Sumy Oblast came under enemy artillery fire.

08:00 AM: the russian enemy carried out two airstrikes, dropping eight aerial bombs, and conducted 79 shelling attacks, including two from multiple launch rocket systems.
04:00 PM: since the start of the day, the enemy has carried out one airstrike, dropping two guided aerial bombs, and conducted 52 shelling attacks, including one strike from a multiple launch rocket system.

08:00 AM: Ukrainian forces repelled eight enemy attacks in the areas of Vovchanski Khutory, Vovchansk, Prylipky, and toward Kruhloye and Chuhunivka.
04:00 PM: the Defense Forces repelled one russian attack, while five combat engagements are ongoing. The enemy is attempting to advance in the area of Vovchansk and toward Nesternе and Kruhloye.
Kupiansk Direction
08:00 AM: six russian attacks took place yesterday. Ukrainian defenders repelled assault actions toward Petropavlivka and Kurylivka.
04:00 PM: the russian forces attempted three times to dislodge Ukrainian units from their positions in the area of Pishchane and toward Borivska Andriivka. One engagement is currently ongoing.

08:00 AM: the russian forces attacked seven times, attempting to break through Ukrainian defenses in the areas of Myrne, Zarichne, and toward Novoserhiivka, Stavky, Drobysheve, and Lyman.

Pokrovsk Direction
08:00 AM: Ukrainian defenders stopped 45 russian assault actions in the areas of Nykanorivka, Rodynske, Sukhetske, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Rivne, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, and toward Novopavlivka and Filiia.
04:00 PM: since the start of the day, Russian occupiers have made 29 attempts to push Ukrainian forces from their positions in the areas of Nykanorivka, Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman, Kotlyne, and Udachne, and toward Filiia and Novopavlivka. The Defense Forces are holding the line and have already repelled 28 attacks.

08:00 AM: the russian forces carried out six attacks in the areas of Vyshneve, Zlahoda, Zelenyi Hai, and Sosnivka.
04:00 PM: Ukrainian defenders repelled four russian assault actions. The enemy is attempting to advance toward Ivanivka, Nove Zaporizhzhia, and Radisne. The settlement of Khvyli came under an airstrike.
Orikhiv Direction
08:00 AM: one combat engagement took place near Prymorske.
04:00 PM: the Russians made two attempts to breach Ukrainian defenses near the settlement of Plavni. One battle is currently ongoing. Airstrikes were carried out against the settlements of Zhovta Krucha and Tavriiske.
Huliaipole Direction
08:00 AM: the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled 22 Russian attacks in the areas of Solodke, Huliaipole, Dorozhnianka, and toward Dobropillia, Varvarivka, and Zelene.
04:00 PM: 11 combat engagements took place in the areas of Huliaipole, Zelene, and toward Varvarivka and Dobropillia. One engagement is currently ongoing. Enemy airstrikes once again targeted Huliaipole, Vozdvyzhivka, Verkhniа Tersa, and Dolynka.
Prydniprovskyi Direction
08:00 AM: the russian occupiers made one unsuccessful attempt to advance in the area of the Antonivskyi Bridge.
04:00 PM: no enemy offensive actions have been recorded as of now.
Volyn and Polissia Directions
08:00 AM and 04:00 PM: no signs of russian offensive group formations were detected.
Overall, during the past day, Russian losses amounted to 830 personnel. Ukrainian forces also destroyed five tanks, five armored combat vehicles, 33 artillery systems, one multiple launch rocket system, 845 operational-tactical UAVs, and 105 units of enemy automotive equipment.
