Ukrainian defenders continue to steadfastly repel the enemy’s onslaught, inflicting significant losses on the occupiers.
Update as of 08:00AM on Russian invasion of Ukraine
Over the past day, 275 combat engagements were recorded.
Yesterday, the enemy carried out one missile strike and 27 air strikes, using two missiles and dropping 100 guided aerial bombs. In addition, Russian forces conducted 3,282 shelling attacks, including 66 from multiple launch rocket systems, and employed 4,529 kamikaze drones.
Air strikes in particular hit areas near the settlements of Verkhnia Tersa, Staroukrainka, Tsvitkove, Charivne, Zaliznychne, and Rizdvyianka in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
Over the past day, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces struck two areas of concentration of enemy personnel and an enemy UAV control point.

Since the beginning of the day, 54 combat engagements have taken place.
Today, communities in border settlements came under enemy artillery fire, including Kucherivka, Studenok, Bila Bereza, Ryzhivka, and Neskuchne in Sumy Oblast.

Northern-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk Direction
08:00 AM: The enemy carried out three attacks and 89 shelling attacks, including three from multiple launch rocket systems.
04:00 PM: Ukrainian troops repelled two russian assault actions. In addition, the enemy carried out 51 shelling attacks on the positions of Ukrainian forces and populated areas, including one strike from a multiple launch rocket system.
Southern-Slobozhanskyi Direction
08:00 AM: Ukrainian forces repelled 15 enemy attacks in the areas of Vovchanski Khutory, Vovchansk, Starytsia, Zelene, and Tykhe, as well as toward the settlements of Vilcha, Ternova, and Kutkivka.
04:00 PM: The Defense Forces repelled five enemy attacks, three of which are still ongoing. The enemy is attempting to advance in the areas of Burhuvatka, Vilcha, and Fyholivka.
Kupiansk Direction
08:00 AM: Fourteen russian attacks were recorded yesterday. Ukrainian defenders repelled assault actions in the areas of Stepova Novoselivka, Pishchane, Borivska Andriivka, and toward Nova Kruhliakivka and Kupiansk.
04:00 PM: The enemy made one attempt to advance on Ukrainian positions toward Kupiansk but was repelled.
Lyman Direction
08:00 AM: The russian enemy attacked 18 times, attempting to break through Ukrainian defenses near Novoiehorivka, Novovodiane, Derylove, Kolodiazi, Zarichne, Myrne, and Shandryholove.
04:00 PM: The invading army launched three attacks on Ukrainian positions toward the settlements of Drobysheve and Stavky. Two combat engagements are ongoing.
Sloviansk Direction
08:00 AM: As of now, no russian offensive actions have been recorded.
Kramatorsk Direction
08:00 AM: Nine combat engagements took place in the areas of Vasiukivka, Minkivka, Chasiv Yar, and toward Bondarne.
Kostyantinivka Direction
08:00 AM: The russian enemy attacked 22 times in the areas of Kostiantynivka, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Kleban-Byk, Yablunivka, Rusyn Yar, and toward Sofiivka.
04:00 PM: The enemy carried out eight assault actions in the areas of Oleksandro-Shultyne, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillia, Rusyn Yar, and Sofiivka.
Pokrovsk Direction
08:00 AM: Ukrainian defenders stopped 77 russian assault actions by the aggressor in the areas of Shakhove, Nykanorivka, Fedorivka, Dorozhnie, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Udachne, and Molodetske, as well as toward Novopavlivka and Filiia.
04:00 PM: Russian forces made 18 attempts to dislodge Ukrainian defenders from their positions in the areas of Nykanorivka, Chervonyi Lyman, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Filiia, and Dachne. The Defense Forces are holding the line and have already repelled 16 enemy attacks.
Oleksandrivka Direction
08:00 AM: Over the past day, the enemy carried out 15 attacks in the areas of Zelenyi Hai, Oleksandrohrad, Sichneve, Stepove, Vyshneve, Verbove, Krasnohirskе, Rybne, and Yehorivka.
04:00 PM: The enemy is attempting to breach Ukrainian defenses in the areas of Verbove, Vyshneve, Zlahoda, Rybne, and Yehorivka. Ukrainian troops have repelled three assaults, while three combat engagements are still ongoing.
Orikhiv Direction
08:00 AM: The russian enemy made six attempts to breach Ukrainian defenses toward Stepnohirsk and Prymorske.
Huliaipole Direction
08:00 AM: The Defense Forces repelled 40 Russian attacks in the areas of Dobropillia, Solodke, Varvarivka, Zelene, Huliaipole, and Bilohiria.
04:00 PM: Ten combat engagements took place in the areas of Solodke, Huliaipole, and near Varvarivka. Two engagements are ongoing. Enemy air strikes hit Yuliivka, Rizdvyianka, Hirske, Verkhnia Tersa, Liubytske, and Zaliznychne.
Prydniprovskyi Direction
08:00 AM: The enemy made three unsuccessful attempts to approach the positions of Ukrainian defenders.
04:00 PM: The russian forces made one unsuccessful attempt to approach Ukrainian defensive positions near the Antonivskyi Bridge.
Volyn and Polissia Directions
08:00 AM and 04:00 PM: No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groupings were detected.
Overall, over the past day, Russian losses amounted to 1,400 personnel. Ukrainian forces also destroyed six tanks, nine armored combat vehicles, 17 artillery systems, one multiple launch rocket system, 225 operational-tactical level unmanned aerial vehicles, and 112 vehicles belonging to the occupiers.
