Meanwhile unknown armed soldiers dressed in modern Russian military uniforms with no signs on it encircle A-0669 Ukrainian military base in Kerch blocking the main gate with Russian military truck “Ural” with Russian traffic plates on. Ukrainian military base press guide says that this situation completely is under control.
