Update as of 08:00 AM on Russian invasion of Ukraine
A total of 248 combat engagements were recorded over the past day.
According to updated information, yesterday the enemy carried out three missile strikes using nine missiles and conducted 90 airstrikes, dropping 289 guided aerial bombs. In addition, Russian forces launched 10,031 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,135 attacks on populated areas and Ukrainian military positions.
The settlements of Tovstodubove and Sumy in the Sumy region came under enemy airstrikes.
Over the past day, the Air Force, missile troops, and artillery of Ukraine’s Defense Forces struck one UAV command post, six enemy manpower concentration areas, two artillery systems, and six command-and-control centers.
Northern-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk Direction
08:00 AM: six combat engagements took place over the past day. The aggressor carried out 74 attacks on Ukrainian positions and populated areas, including six using multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).
Southern-Slobozhanskyi Direction
08:00 AM: the russian occupiers launched nine attacks on Ukrainian positions near Vovchansk, Lyman, Starytsia, and toward Izbytske and Okhrimivka.
Kupiansk Direction
08:00 AM: Ukrainian defenders repelled four russian attempts to advance toward Radkivka and Kolisnykivka.
Lyman Direction
08:00 AM: Russian forces attempted to break through Ukrainian defenses 16 times toward Shyikivka, Stavky, Drobysheve, and Lyman, as well as near Novomykhailivka, Novoselivka, Derylove, Zarichne, and Yampil.
Sloviansk Direction
08:00 AM: the russian occupiers launched 11 assaults toward Rai-Oleksandrivka, Kryva Luka, and near Zakitne and Kalenyky.

Ukrainian defenders continue the systematic destruction of enemy forces and are effectively resisting Russian attacks across all sectors of the front.
Total Russian losses over the past day amounted to 1,370 personnel. Ukrainian forces also neutralized two tanks, four armored combat vehicles, 58 artillery systems, four multiple launch rocket systems, one air defense system, four ground robotic systems, four missiles, 1,968 unmanned aerial vehicles, 441 vehicles, and three pieces of special equipment.
