Today is 1,698rd day of the full-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
In total, 238 combat engagements were recorded over the past day.
Operational Update as of 08:00 AM on Russian invasion of Ukraine
According to updated information, yesterday the enemy carried out 71 air strikes and dropped 261 guided aerial bombs. In addition, it used 7,433 kamikaze drones and conducted 2,699 shellings of populated areas and positions of our troops.
In Sumy region, the settlements of Ulanove, Fotovyzh, Sadky, Mala Korchakivka, Rudenok, Tovstodubove, Volfyne, Neskuchne, and Khrapivshchyna came under enemy artillery fire. In addition, the enemy carried out an air strike in the area of the settlement of Buvalyne.
Over the past day, aviation, missile forces, and artillery of the Defense Forces struck one area of concentration of enemy personnel and one enemy unmanned aerial vehicle command post.
Operational Update as of 10:00 PM on Russian invasion of Ukraine
In total, 215 combat engagements have taken place since the beginning of this day.
The enemy carried out one missile strike and 65 air strikes, dropping 228 guided aerial bombs. In addition, it used 5,173 kamikaze drones and conducted 2,088 shellings of populated areas and positions of our troops.
Northern-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk Direction
08:00 AM: 12 combat engagements took place in the areas of Novodmytrivka, Tovstodubove, Mala Slobidka, Buniachyne, Doroshivka, Neskuchne, Shpyl, Hrafske, Sadky, and Mohrytsia.
10:00 PM: since the beginning of the day the occupiers conducted one assault action, carried out one air strike using six guided aerial bombs, and conducted 48 shellings of our troops’ positions and populated areas, one of them with the use of multiple launch rocket systems.
Southern-Slobozhanskyi Direction
08:00 AM: 25 combat engagements were recorded near Starytsia, Mala Vovcha, Chuhunivka, and Radkivka.
10:00 PM: the russian troops attacked the positions of Ukrainian units four times in the areas of the settlements of Izbytske, Prylipka, and Rybalchyne.
Kupiansk Direction
08:00 AM: the Defense Forces repelled one attempt by the invaders to advance in the area of Kupiansk.
10:00 PM: Russian forces tried ten times to improve its positions by conducting assault operations toward Novoosynove and Radkivka.
Lyman Direction
08:00 AM: Ukrainian units prevented the enemy’s advance in the areas of Lyman, Zarichne, and Dibrova, stopping five attacks.
10:00 PM: Seven attempts by the russian invaders to advance were repelled toward Novoserhiivka, Shandryholove, Stavky, and Lyman.
Sloviansk Direction
08:00 AM: Six russian attacks were repelled in the areas of Ozerne, Pyskunivka, Kryva Luka, and Mykolaivka.
10:00 PM: The Defense Forces stopped two attempts by the russian invaders to advance in the area of the settlements of Pyskunivka and Yurkivka.
Kramatorsk Direction
08:00 AM: Ukrainen defenders successfully repelled one enemy assault on the Kramatorsk direction in the area of Dibrova.
10:00 PM: the enemy conducted no assault operations.
Kostiantynivka Direction
08:00 AM: 18 combat engagements were recorded in the areas of Kostiantynivka, Dovha Balka, Druzhkivka, Novoselivka, Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka, Mykolaipillia, and Novopavlivka.
10:00 PM: The Defense Forces repelled 15 russian assaults: in the area of the settlement of Kostiantynivka and toward Novoselivka, Mykolaipillia, Raiske, Hruzke, Vilne, and Kucheriv Yar.
Pokrovsk Direction
08:00 AM: A total of 30 attacks were repelled. The occupiers tried to advance in the areas of the settlements of Toretske, Hruzke, Vilne, Kucheriv Yar, Svitle, Dobropillia, Serhiivka, Molodetske, Novopavlivka, and Marivka.
10:00 PM: The enemy carried out twenty-eight attacks. The russian occupiers tried to advance near the settlements of Dobropillia, Dorozhne, Hannivka, Chernihivka, Vodianske, Krasnopillia, Myrne, Serhiivka, Molodetske, Mykolaivka, Muravka, and Novopavlivka. According to preliminary estimates, 82 occupiers were eliminated here today and 21 were wounded; 22 units of automotive equipment, one special asset, and 32 shelters were destroyed. Eight units of automotive equipment, a UAV command post, 113 shelters, and an enemy ammunition depot were damaged. 209 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types were destroyed or suppressed.
Oleksandrivka Direction
08:00 AM: Two russian attacks were repelled on the in the areas of Zaporizke and Komyshuvakha.
10:00 PM: The russian forces assaulted once toward Ternove.
Huliaipole Direction
08:00 AM: Thirteen russian attacks took place over the past day in the areas of the settlements of Vozdvyzhivka, Rivne, Andriivka, Kopani, Charivne, and Yehorivka.
10:00 PM: The Defense Forces repelled 18 russian attacks in the areas of the settlements of Rizdvyanka, Dolynka, Hirke, Charivne, and Yehorivka.
Orikhiv Direction
08:00 AM: The Defense Forces repelled seven attempts by the invaders to advance in the areas of Novoiakivlivka, Mala Tokmachka, Pavlivka, Stepnohirsk, and Plavni.
10:00 PM: the occupiers tried to improve their position, seven attacks reported toward Chervona Krynytsia, Novodanylivka, Zarichne, Pavlivka, and Prymorske.
Prydniprovskyi Direction
08:00 AM and 10:00 PM: The russian enemy conducted no offensive operations.
Overall, over the past day, Russian invaders’ losses amounted to 1,950 personnel. Also destroyed were one tank, two armored combat vehicles, 24 artillery systems, four multiple launch rocket systems, two air defense assets, four ground robotic complexes, 1,396 unmanned aerial vehicles, 329 units of automotive equipment, and two units of special equipment of the enemy.
