Shocking allegations reveal that Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) may have run a “black cash” operation during the leadership of Ivan Bakanov and Artem Naumov. Whistleblower Serhii Vahanian claims businesses were extorted, facing sums up to $10M per month, and that some funds were allegedly delivered to top officials.
Vahanian says he informed President Zelensky directly of the alleged misconduct, including intimidation and blackmail targeting business owners. Zelensky reportedly replied that any guilty parties “will be held accountable,” though no visible consequences have followed.
Experts warn that while Ukraine continues its fight for national survival, transparency and accountability remain critical to governance. This investigation highlights systemic vulnerabilities in public institutions and the need for robust oversight.
Full broadcast by journalist Boryslav Bereza details the claims and offers a first-hand account of the alleged operations.
What was revealed is not merely corruption. It is state-level looting — and it was known at the very top.
Vahanian openly described the existence of a “black cash fund” within the Security Service of Ukraine during the era of Ivan Bakanov and Artem Naumov. Listen carefully to these figures — they are almost impossible to comprehend.
The so-called “extraction scheme”: the SBU, according to Vahanian, turned into racketeers in uniform. Businesses were terrorized, harassed, extorted, and even subjected to attempted assassinations.
The price of survival: the sums extorted from businesses allegedly reached up to $10 million per month — from a single individual.
Where the money went: Vahanian claims he personally delivered these astronomical cash amounts directly to Bakanov and Naumov.
But the most disturbing part of this story is the role of the President.
Vahanian says a phone call with Volodymyr Zelensky was arranged for him. During that call, he directly informed the President about assassination attempts, blackmail, and millions of dollars flowing into the pockets of the President’s close associates.
Do you know what Zelensky replied? A quote that makes you feel sick:
“If Bakanov is guilty, he will be held accountable.”
Now look around. Where is that accountability?
Bakanov walks free. Naumov lives abroad, enjoying a separate success story of his own. The system simply chewed up the truth and spat it back in our faces.
That phrase — “he will be held accountable” — is nothing more than an exit ticket for insiders. While the country fights for survival, someone was allegedly collecting $10 million in cash every single month — and the President KNEW, yet chose the tactic of “I see nothing.”
“Ah yes, he answered for it…” — and that says everything.
How much longer are we expected to swallow this imitation of justice?
Watch Bereza’s broadcast if you want to understand how this money-extraction machine truly operated. Everyone needs to know this.
