Russian figure skater Dmitri Aliev skipped the awards ceremony at the XII European Olympic Youth Festival being held in Lichtenstein and Austria, espreso.tv reports.
It is not known why the young Russian athlete decided to skip the ceremony.
Ukrainian figure skater Ivan Pavlov and Latvian figure skater Deniss Vasilievss received the gold and silver medals at the awards ceremony.
