Information Resistance reports that a child was injured in Kyiv during a nighttime air attack using Shahed drones, according to updated information. The child was hospitalized with multiple wounds.
This information comes from the Kyiv City Military Administration.
At 07:11, the head of the KCMA, Serhiy Popko, provided an update on the consequences of the kamikaze drone attack on the capital during the night of September 26.
“Preliminarily, a child was injured. The child was hospitalized with multiple lacerations,” the official wrote.
As a result of the air attack by the strike UAVs in the Pechersk district of the capital, a fire reportedly broke out on the first floor of a five-story residential building.
Additionally, drone debris caused a gas pipe on the first floor of the damaged building to depressurize.
The KCMA reported that besides the gas pipe damage, around 20 cars were also damaged. Debris fell on the grounds of a kindergarten.
Information about other potential casualties is being clarified.
