Security Service of Ukraine: conscripts’ rally near President Administration on October 13 was organized by FSB.
This was reported by Advisor to SSU Head Markiyan Lubkivskiy, unian says. According to him, 18 FSB Directorate planned mass provocations in Kharkiv, Kherson, Mykolayiv, Zaporizhzhia, Odesa, Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk and Pavlograd, but Securoty Service and Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine managed to prevent them.
