Ukrainian SBU drones hit Belbek airbase in occupied Crimea, destroying radars, air defense systems, and a MiG-31 worth hundreds of millions of US dollars total.
The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has struck Russian military equipment worth hundreds of millions of dollars at the Belbek airfield in occupied Crimea.
Last night, long-range drones operated by the SBU’s “Alpha” Special Operations Center successfully hit key components of Russian air defense systems at the Belbek military airfield in temporarily occupied Crimea.

As a result of precise strikes by Ukrainian drones, the following assets were hit:
▪️ Two “Nebo-SVU” long-range radar detection systems (cost of one unit: approximately $60–100 million);

▪️ 92N6 radar, a component of the S-400 “Triumf” surface-to-air missile system (estimated price: $30 million for the domestic market, $60 million for export);

▪️ “Pantsir-S2” air defense missile system (estimated price: $12 million for the domestic market, $19 million for export);

▪️ A MiG-31 fighter jet with a full combat load (estimated price: $30–50 million, depending on configuration and armament).
