Russia – Ukraine war updates: daily briefings as of August 27, 2017

Russia – Ukraine war updates from the war zone in southeast Ukraine as of  August 27, 2017 by ATO HQ operational data and Presidential Administration spokesman on ATO issues briefing: EMPR highlights.

(1) Russian hybrid forces violated ceasefire regime 35 times in the war zone in eastern Ukraine over the last 24 hours;

(2) Luhansk direction: Russian forces launched attack with the use of small arms in Stanytsya Luhanska;

(3) Donetsk direction: Russian forces fired with grenade launchers upon Ukrainian positions in Avdiivka industrial area; the enemy used small arms during several attacks in Zaytseve;

(4) Mariupol direction: Russian occupiers used high caliber machine guns during 6 attacks in Vodyane; Russian armed provocations reported also in Pavlopil and Shyrokino;

(5) No lethal casualties reported among Ukrainian servicemen in the war zone in eastern Ukraine for the last 24 hours.
