On the morning of Saturday, June 7, a Russian Su-35 fighter jet was shot down as a result of a successful operation by the Ukrainian Air Force in the Kursk direction.
This was reported by the Ukrainian Air Force.
Details: The Air Force has not provided any additional information about the downed Su-35.
Later, the Air Force released drone footage confirming the destruction, showing the enemy aircraft in flames.
On June 1, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) conducted a special operation called “Spider Web,” during which strategic aviation aircraft were struck at four Russian airfields.
SBU Chief Vasyl Maliuk stated that the operation resulted in the destruction of “34% of the strategic cruise missile carriers based at Russia’s main airfields.”
