SBU drones struck a research plant in Russia’s Tver Region producing Decilin‑M missile fuel components, explosives materials, and dual‑use chemicals for Kh‑55 and Kh‑101 missiles.
The products are used in the production of fuel mixtures and explosives.
Drones operated by the Security Service of Ukraine’s Alpha Special Operations Center struck a research facility in the settlement of Redkino, Tver Region, Russia.
According to iPress, this was reported by LB.ua, citing an SBU source.
According to the report, the facility produces components for the missile fuel Decilin‑M, which is used in Kh‑55 and Kh‑101 missiles, as well as additives for diesel fuel and aviation kerosene.
Andrii Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council, also confirmed the attack. It is noted that the plant is engaged in the development and limited serial production of specialized chemical components used in military programs. The enterprise also supplies dual‑use and military‑grade chemical materials to the supply chains of Russia’s defense industry.
The products are used in the manufacture of fuel mixtures, explosives, initiators, and technological compounds employed by defense enterprises. In particular, the plant meets the non‑standard needs of Russia’s Ministry of Defense for new types of weaponry.
