“In order to talk about any dialogue, it is necessary that one state respects another state, its territorial integrity, sovereignty and its borders. It is from such fundamental things that anything begins. So far there is no such thing. And the desire of the Russian president to speak, I think that this is nothing more than planned rhetoric, which should work on his internal audience and on the audience of those states that have not yet isolated politics between their state and the state called “Russia”, – said Volodymyr Zelenskyi during a joint press conference with Guinea-Bissau President Oumar Sissou Embalo, who handed the Kremlin dictator’s proposal for negotiations to the head of the Ukrainian state.

The head of state informed that he told the President of Guinea-Bissau in detail about the situation in Ukraine, stressing that “in order for there to be bridges between states, the infrastructure must not be undermined in one state, then, surely, we can talk about something in the future.”
