Today is the 1,521th day of the large-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
Ukraine’s Defense Forces continue to repel attempts by occupying forces to improve their tactical positions and advance deeper into Ukrainian territory, inflicting significant losses in personnel and equipment.
Update as of 08:00 AM on Russian invasion of Ukraine
Over the past 24 hours, a total of 194 combat engagements were recorded.
Yesterday, the enemy carried out one missile strike using two missiles, as well as 83 airstrikes, dropping 277 guided aerial bombs. In addition, Russian forces deployed 6,620 kamikaze drones and conducted 2,757 shelling attacks on populated areas and Ukrainian military positions, including 155 using multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).

- In the Dnipropetrovsk region: Prosyana, Pysantsi
- In the Zaporizhzhia region: Lisne, Zorivka, Novomykolaivka, Vozdvyzhivka, Dolynka, Liubytske, Tsvitkove, Verkhnia Tersa, Huliaipilske, Charivne, Zelena Dolyna, Chervona Krynytsia, Orikhiv, and Hryhorivka.
Over the past day, Ukraine’s Air Force struck four areas of concentration of enemy personnel.

08:00 AM: the russian forces attacked Ukrainian positions four times, carried out one airstrike using three guided aerial bombs, and conducted 97 shelling attacks on Ukrainian positions and settlements, including four with MLRS.
Southern-Slobozhanskyi Direction
08:00 AM: Russian forces launched six attacks toward the settlements of Zelene, Lyman, Bochkove, and near Synelnykove.
Kupiansk Direction
08:00 AM: the russian occupiers carried out nine attacks toward Radkivka, Podoly, Kurylivka, Novoosynove, and Hlushkivka.
Lyman Direction
08:00 AM: Russian forces attempted four times to break through Ukrainian defenses toward Lyman.

08:00 AM: Ukrainian defenders stopped 36 assault attempts near Kucheriv Yar, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Hryshyne, Udachne, Nykanorivka, Kotlyne, Muravka, Molodetske, and toward Bilytske, Myrne, and Novopavlivka.
Oleksandrivka Direction
08:00 AM: the russian troops attacked 12 times near Zelena Hai, Kalynivske, Zlahoda, Ternove, Vorone, and toward Oleksandrohrad and Lisne.
Huliaipole Direction
08:00 AM: 26 russian attacks were recorded near Dobropillia, Solodke, Staroukrainka, Varvarivka, Olenokostiantynivka, Sviatopetrivka, Charivne, Zaliznychne, Huliaipilske, and Zelene.
Orikhiv Direction
08:00 AM: Ukrainian defenders repelled four attempts by the enemy to advance toward Prymorske and near Plavni.
Prydniprovskyi Direction
08:00 AM: Russian forces conducted three assault operations toward the Antonivskyi Bridge and Bilohrudyi Island.
Volyn and Polissia Directions
08:00 AM: no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groupings were detected.
Ukrainian defenders continue the systematic destruction of enemy forces and maintain effective resistance along the entire front line.
Total Russian losses over the past day amounted to 910 personnel. Ukrainian forces also destroyed:
- 4 tanks,
- 4 armored combat vehicles,
- 32 artillery systems,
- 1 multiple launch rocket system,
- 2 air defense systems,
- 1,175 unmanned aerial vehicles,
- 129 units of automotive equipment,
- 1 heavy flamethrower system.
